Search for Patients with Saved Clinical Values

 

If you saved the clinical information for a patient, you will need to retrieve the saved clinical record and complete and submit this data in order to meet the data submission guidelines.

To search for patients with saved clinical values:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Clinical link. The Manage Patient Clinical Values screen displays the facility that you are currently logged in to.

  2. Select the desired Collection Type. The Manage Patient Clinical Values screen refreshes and displays the selected collection type in the Collection Type field.

  3. Select the desired Clinical Month. The Manage Patient Clinical Values screen refreshes and displays the selected clinical month in the Clinical Month field.

NOTE:
If "Closed" displays to the right of the clinical month, CMS has closed all clinical information entry for that month.

  1. Select Patients With Saved Clinical Values. The Manage Patient Clinical Values screen refreshes and displays the selected display patients selection in the Display Patients field.

  2. When desired clinical parameters have been entered, click Go. The Manage Patient Clinical Values screen refreshes and displays a list of patients who meet the search criteria entered in the Patient list.

  3. Select the desired patient from the Patient list.

  4. The Manage Patient Clinical Values screen refreshes and displays the Patient Details for the selected patient. If the selected patient has not had clinical information entered for the selected month, CROWNWeb displays the message "No clinical data for selected facility, patient and clinical month."
