Change Facilities

 

Beginning with CROWNWeb version 5.0, you can only work with one facility at a time. If you need to enter data for another facility, you need to switch facilities.

 

The steps to change facilities are as follows: Click the down arrow to the right of the User Profile. The select list displays.

 

  1. Click the down arrow to the right of the User Profile. The select list displays.

  2. Click the User Preferences link. The User Accessibility screen displays.

  3. Click the Organization Switch tab. The Organization Switch screen displays.

  4. Select EQRS in the Change Program field and the desired facility in the Change Organization field and then click Update. The Confirmation dialog box displays.

  5. Click Yes. The QualityNet Secure Portal displays the selected facility.

  6. Click the down arrow to the right of Quality Programs in the menu bar. The select list displays.

  7. Click the End Stage Renal Disease Quality Reporting System link. The CROWN Applications list displays.

  8. Click the Facility Dashboard - CROWNWeb SUI link. The EQRS Dashboard screen displays.
