Add Historical Patient Attributes

 

Users can add historical patient attributes to any patient record, as long as the patient is admitted to a facility within the user's scope.

To add historical patient attributes:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Patients link. The Search for Patients screen displays.

  2. Enter the desired information to search for the patient, and click Search. The Patient Search Results screen displays.

  3. Click the desired patient's CROWN UPI link. The View Patient Attributes screen displays.

  4. Click the View Patient Attribute History link. The View Patient Attribute History screen displays.

  5. Click the Edit Patient Attribute History link. The Edit Patient Attribute History screen displays.

  6. Click the appropriate button (Add Citizenship Status, Add Medicare Enrollment Status, Add Employment Status, Add School Status or Add Vocational Rehabilitation Status). A new line displays in the selected area.

  7. Select the desired status and date from the drop down selection list. The selected information displays.

  8. When all desired changes have been made, click Submit button. The View Patient Attribute History - SUBMITTED message displays.
