Delete Personnel

CROWNWeb Facility Editors can delete facility personnel and positions, as long as they have not been associated with any patient record. If a staff member has ever been associated with a patient record, they must be inactivated.

Note:
If you have a Facility Editor role for all facilities associated with the staff member’s positions, then you can remove the entire personnel record along with all positions from the database. However, if you do not have an Editor role for all associated facilities, you can only delete the positions at facilities in your scope.

  1. From the Home screen, click the Facilities tab. The Search Personnel screen displays.
