Generate a Facility Personnel Report

 

You can produce, view, save, and print Facility Personnel reports to view and verify facility and personnel information in one customizable report. Your Facility Personnel report can include:

You can only generate the Facility Personnel Details section for facilities within your scope. However, if you select a facility that is outside of your scope, you can still generate, view, save, and print facility reports that do NOT include personnel information.

To generate a Facility Personnel report:

  1. From the CROWNWeb Home screen click CROWN Reports. The Facility Reports screen displays.

  2. Click the Facility Personnel Report link. The Facility Personnel Report - Criteria Selection screen displays.

  3. Select the Network the facility is within and then click Next. The Criteria Selection screen displays.

  4. Select the facility or facilities you wish to run the report for in the Select One or More Facilities area, then specify the order for the report in the Select Sort Order drop-down menu. When you are finished, click Finish. The Report Confirmation screen displays.

  5. Click the OK button. Remember to return to the My Reports screen to retrieve your report when it has been generated.

  6. The My Reports screen displays a list of all reports.
