You can generate a Fistula First Summary Report that details the percentage of prevalent (i.e., active in the system) and incident (i.e., a patient starting renal replacement therapy over a period of six months to one year) hemodialysis patients that meet each clinical performance measure at a facility, at a Network, and nationally. Data for six measures are displayed in the report. There are three measures for prevalent patients and three measures for incident patients. The measures for facility, Network and the nation are differentiated to enable the user to compare facility outcomes to Network and national results.
You can select only one facility at a time within a single Network in your scope for this report. The report contains one month of data.
To generate a Fistula First Summary report:
If you are not a facility-level user, or if you have scope over facilities in more than one Network, the system displays the Network Selection screen. If you are a facility-level user, or if your facility scope is limited to only one Network, CROWNWeb will bypass the Network Selection screen and opens the Criteria Selection screen.
When finished, click the Finish button. The report processes and the Report Confirmation screen displays.
