Generate a Saved Status Report

 

You can generate a Saved Status report that contains a list of all Initial 2728, Supplemental 2728s, Re-entitlement 2728s and 2746s that are currently in a saved status and need to be submitted after completion.

To generate a Saved Status report:

  1. From the CROWNWeb Home screen click Reports. The Facility Reports screen displays.

  2. Click the Saved Status Report link. The Saved Status Report - Criteria Selection screen displays.

  3. Configure your report options:

  4. When finished, click the Finish button to run the report.The Saved Status Report Report Confirmation screen displays.

  5. Click the OK button. Remember to return to the My Reports screen to retrieve your report when it has been generated.

  6. The My Reports screen displays a list of all reports.
