Please join us on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 2PM ET for the “CROWNWeb Facility Dashboard: Your System, Your Voice” Town Hall. During this CROWNWeb Town Hall event, representatives from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the CROWNWeb Outreach, Communication, and Training (OCT) team will engage participants in conversation on the new Facility Dashboard answering, your questions and review of the latest CROWNWeb news and events.

As the Project Director of the CROWNWeb Outreach, Communications, and Training (OCT) contract, Matt specializes in the design, delivery, and usability of training for CROWNWeb. With more than seven years of experience on the CROWNWeb project, he has also presented dozens of educational and informational sessions on CROWNWeb at multiple national and regional conferences. He is a certified corporate trainer (CTT+), and also participates in and oversees the design and delivery of 80+ educational and informational Webex events conducted by the OCT team each year.
