“Connecting the Pieces on Kt/V” Town Hall Registration Now Open

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the CROWNWeb Outreach, Communications, and Training (OCT) team would like invite you to the upcoming Town Hall event “Connecting the Pieces on Kt/V” on Thursday, March 30th, at 2:00 PM ET. During this CROWNWeb Town Hall Event, representatives from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the CROWNWeb Outreach, Communications, and Training (OCT) Team will lead a discussion with CMS’ Nephrologist, Dr. Jesse Roach, on the topic of Kt/V and CROWNWeb. This event will also feature an exploration of the enhanced MyCROWNWeb.org website, and training information for the upcoming CROWNWeb Facility Dashboard.
