August System Maintenance

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services would like to inform the ESRD Community that the EQRS and CROWNWeb Systems may be unavailable for system maintenance from Friday, August 30th, 2019, at 8:00 PM ET until Sunday, September 1st, 2019, at 8:00 AM ET.
