This event will feature an overview of current End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Quality Reporting System (EQRS) data reporting requirements and highlight how to enter Clinical Data, In-Center Hemodialysis Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (ICH CAHPS) Attestation, and Clinical Depression Screening and Follow-Up Plan submissions in EQRS. Responses to frequently asked questions pertaining to the EQRS data suspension ending will be reviewed. Additionally, the latest news and reminders will be presented.
