The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) End-Stage Renal Disease Quality Incentive Program (ESRD QIP) and the ESRD Outreach, Communication, and Training (EOCT) Team invites you to attend the November 2021 Town Hall event. This event will feature information about the upcoming Payment Year (PY) 2022 ESRD QIP Preview Period. Additionally, ESRD Quality Reporting System (EQRS) calendar year (CY) 2021 reporting requirements, new EQRS features including Standard Kt/V method, Telehealth Usage, Nursing Home Identifier and other EQRS announcements and updates will be presented.
