EQRS Alert: Temporary EQRS Role Request Interruption

The ability to request, approve, reject, and remove user roles in the End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Quality Reporting System (EQRS) user interface (UI) will be unavailable beginning April 20, 2023, from 8 p.m. Eastern Time until April 21, 2023, at 8 a.m. ET. Please do not request, approve, reject, or remove user roles in the UI during this timeframe.

This scheduled downtime is necessary to permit the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to make essential updates. These updates are critical, and CMS is working to complete them as soon as possible. CMS expects the EQRS system to be available for role requests on April 21, 2023, at 8 a.m. ET.
