Upcoming EQRS CCSQ Service Center Hold Times

The Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ) Service Center is projecting an increase in volume of support requests for the End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Quality Reporting System (EQRS) between January 2, 2024, and March 29, 2024, which could result in longer wait times. 

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recommends the following to minimize wait times:

  • Schedule a call with a Service Center Representative at a time that works best for you! Just go to the CCSQ Support Central page and click Schedule a Call.

  • Submit a support ticket by clicking Request Support.

  • Use CCSQ Support Central Live Chat and Resource Line (CARL). The Support Central Chat feature, CARL, is another option for assistance. To contact the Service Center via Chat, go to CCSQ Support Central and click on the Chat icon in the lower right corner.

Please have details about the specific issue you are calling about available and be ready to provide information such as the facility CMS Certification Number (CCN), patient Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI) number, and/or EQRS ID.

Use One Method to Report Issues

Due to an anticipated increase in the volume of support requests at the CCSQ Service Center, please use only one method for reporting an issue (phone, email, or CCSQ Support Central). Note: Cases are processed in the order in which they are received, regardless of how the Service Center was contacted. Please allow time for processing.

Submit Your Data Early

We encourage you to submit EQRS data early. Early submissions will allow time for Service Center assistance, if needed.
