Unscheduled EQRS Data Reports Dashboard Downtime

The End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Quality Reporting System (EQRS) Reports Dashboard will be unavailable effective immediately.

This unscheduled downtime is necessary to permit the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to make essential updates. These updates are critical, and CMS is working to complete them as soon as possible. CMS will provide an update on the Reports Dashboard by February 1, 2024. We thank you for your cooperation and patience.
