EQRS Public Portal Available

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) are excited to announce the rollout of the new End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Quality Reporting System (EQRS) Public Portal.

This is a single source for helpful information about ESRD and EQRS, and you do not need a login. The site will be available to you on February 28, 2023. You will find onboarding and training resources, along with information about the ESRD Networks, electronic data submission to the EQRS system, and help and support contacts.
